KCH is an artist I look after creatively — across press shoots, live show, merchandise and music videos. This was the first video I directed for him, and I’m proud of how big an idea we brought to life on a small budget. The concept: three ‘pilot’ TV shows, each with its own era-appropriate editing, colour grade and visual style, breaking the fourth wall and defining how Kyle presents himself to his audience. It sits somewhere between a coming-of-age story and an escape from the expectations the industry places on him.
